Aerelink is a 'people business'. Our strong brand and associated values are a reflection of the calibre of our staff. To maintain our reputation with customers, Aerelink continues to invest in our people via staff training, secondments, exchanges, job rotation, mentoring and professional development.

Aerelink is accredited to the ISO9001:2008 Standard for quality management.

Customer focus

Aerelink is driven towards delivering measurable business improvements to customers. The building of strong client partnerships and an open and honest approach to business provides a sound platform on which to agree outcomes, and to measure success. Directors and Managers measure all facets of customer service regularly.

Strong leadership

All employees within Aerelink are encouraged to build their leadership skills and take on responsibility for their own area of work. In addition, the company adopts a 360º Review Process, regular strategy days and clear organisational objectives.

People involvement

It is widely accepted within Aerelink that people are the company's most important asset and that their involvement is critical to long-term success. Implementing cross-company improvement activities, adopting multi-functional project teams, defining roles and responsibilities across the group, and empowering people at all levels help Aerelink to fully involve and motivate their staff.

Aerelink have a commitment to continuous improvement and have been recognised as an "Investor in People" since August 2004. Our fundamental asset is our staff. One of Aerelink's differentiators is the quality of our personnel. This quality shines through regardless of whether you are speaking with a member of our Support Team or a customer-facing Account Manager.

Everyone agrees that people are an organisation's greatest asset, and we all know that for an organisation to succeed everyone has to perform well. The supply of goods and services depends upon people. It is clear that the better the people, the better the business. The most important investment any organisation makes is, therefore, in the people who work for it.

To keep customers happy an organisation must ensure that it is meeting their needs successfully. To do this an organisation needs their people to do a good job and produce quality work. Organisations recognising the importance of their people can help them to develop their potential, improve their skills and gain greater job satisfaction.

Project Management

The in house Project Management team provides a critical role in all of Aerelink's projects and are accredited to PRINCE2 standard. This team is familiar with all field practices and processes and is in constant contact with all our field employees assigned to sites. When the customer deals with our Project Management Team it is as if the Customer was present in the field himself at all times!

With your projects milestones as our task deadlines, we commit the energy and resources necessary to turn a deployment schedule into an operational communications system. Our project management systems and procedures have the benefit of years of development and use.

ISO 9001:2008

Aerelink, one of the UK's foremost providers of communication networking solutions, has achieved internationally-recognised accredited certification to ISO 9001:2008. Holding the ISO 9001:2008 accreditation is a clear recognition of Aerelink's own investments to make a successful business through best practice.

Our assessment was carried out by ISOQAR, which are accredited by the United Kingdom Accreditation Service. Our quality management systems ensure clients are given a fast and efficient service that is second to none in the UK and that the solutions provided are underpinned by world-class technologies and skills, ensuring projects are delivered successfully.
