Project Management
The in house Project Management team provides a critical role in all of Aerelink’s projects and are accredited to PRINCE2 standard. This team is familiar with all field practices and processes and is in constant contact with all our field employees assigned to sites. When the customer deals with our Project Management Team it is as if the Customer was present in the field himself at all times!
With your projects milestones as our task deadlines, we commit the energy and resources necessary to turn a deployment schedule into an operational communications system. Our project management systems and procedures have the benefit of years of development and use.

Steve Swift
Managing Director
Winner of the prestigious Institute of Director’s Young Director of the Year award in 2007, Steve is an ambitious, dynamic industry professional with over 18 years experience gained from a diverse IT and Telecommunications background. He possesses excellent communication skills with the ability to assess client’s needs and develop strategic partnerships.
With outstanding leadership qualities, Steve enjoys the challenge of providing revenue-generating solutions relevant to the client in an ever changing business. Aerelink is Steve’s passion, as the Managing Director, he is responsible for the success and sustainability of Aerelink, ensuring that our customers continue to receive an unparalleled service envied within our industry sector.

Ian Maynard
Technical Director
Ian is a highly experienced data communications professional, specialising primarily in Wireless Technology.
His grounding was in ‘Old fashioned Communications’, working as a Service Engineer with modem and multiplexer products as well as packet switched networks, before discovering the world of Local Area Networks and wireless communications.
Ian has many years experience working with a wide range of clients, from end-user through to telecommunications carrier customers. He is highly commercially aware, having successfully managed the Eastern European Territory, in addition to his Pre-Sales Technical role for Ascom Telecommunications.
Ian still considers himself a ‘hands on’ engineer, and escapes to the relative peace and quiet of a mast site whenever commercial pressures allow!

John Inns
Financial Director
John has wide experience of all aspects of company management and finance gained over a 39 year career, before setting up his Consultancy. Trained in corporate accounting in 1966, he learned Basic I and II programming and developed, with Burroughs (1974), a bespoke computer programme suite for his manufacturing/import/export business.
John has always kept abreast of IT for company direction and financial control, and is also a competent salesman, an ability he puts to good use in dealing at MD/CEO level in his Consultancy work. John's main recreation is his garden, and his charity work with Lions International; in 2004 he completed 25 years of service with the Kettering branch.
