Aerelink Ltd Awarded Queen's Award for Enterprise: Innovation 2009

The Queen's Awards for Enterprise are the UK's most prestigious awards for business excellence in the UK and is conferred on organisations that demonstrate both exceptional performance and a positive impact on corporate and social responsibility.

The award was granted to Aerelink for continuous innovation and development in the design and delivery of bespoke wireless solutions. Mainly for public sector clients, the solutions have included networks for distributing CCTV and real-time traffic information to, for example, public screens, mobile phones and control centres, automatic vehicle license recognition systems and solutions to enhance internet access in schools and provide cost effective high capacity wireless connectivity.
