Aerelink has two separate operating divisions: Network Integration and Service (NI&S) and Network Delivery Services (NDS), which address different markets. NI&S functions within public sector and enterprise sectors, while NDS focuses on the telecommunications market.

Network Integration and Support (NI&S)

The work carried out by NI&S for corporate, enterprise and public sector customers aims to save money on existing leased line infrastructure.

There’s no quicker, easier or more cost effective method of obtaining high speed, reliable communication between your buildings or sites than by deploying wireless technology.  It is possible to recoup thousands of pounds in rental payments by investing in a communications structure that is fully owned and managed by the customer.  Alternatively, Aerelink can manage the network on a client’s behalf from our Network Operations Centre at our headquarters in Cheshire.

Wireless technology allows our customers to create a private, high-speed network quickly, and without the disruption of having to lay cable or fibre. Aerelink’s solutions are deployed in situations where clients require rapid network deployment with minimal interruption to business and infrastructure. Wireless leased-line alternatives can be operational within days rather than weeks or months, typical of copper cable or fibre-based solutions.

Customers can expect carrier-class reliability from wireless network solutions, with 99.99 per cent uptime. The technology provides a fully IP secure solution utilising industry-leading, proactive security measures to protect your network. Our 24-hour, 365-day Network Monitoring Centre ensures that the quality of service is consistently and proactively maintained to agreed standards.

Network Delivery Service (NDS)

The NDS service proposition is designed around our telecommunications partners. Aerelink provides fully-trained and fully-equipped engineering teams, with full logistical and management back up, wherever and whenever you require. We implement networks to your specification, tested to your standards and provide quality handover documentation to prove it.

Our teams are experienced in working at height and on all major operators’ structures including O2, Vodafone, 3, T-Mobile and  Arqiva, as well as for police forces and utility companies across the UK.
